[業務内容]

Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM)
Software sales leader is focused on revenue generation for the Datacenter Software and Professional Services for the DCIM Software business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of software sales experience or similar datacenter experience, selling complex software packages into enterprise class customers or demonstrated understand of datacenters and selling into datacenter managers. Working as a sales “expert” within the specific zones, the candidate must be able to cultivate senior (CxO-Level) relationships directly with clients, engaging with Datacenter Managers as well as be able to assist the “generalist” sales team in closing software opportunities. This person will be held responsible and accountable for the DCIM revenue in Hong Kong. A technical background and degree is preferred and prior experience in software sales or data centre sales is a must.

[応募資格]
Responsibilities :
・Responsible for generating revenue for the DCIM business within the specific zone
・Responsible for new customer acquisition and retention
・Responsible for aiding and assisting the enterprise account managers in closing new business
・Responsible for DCIM pipeline management and management reporting
・Responsible for acquiring customer feedback and reporting back to DCIM management team

EXPERIENCE FURTHER DEFINED:
・Proven understanding of datacenters domain and IT management
・5-8 years experience in enterprise software sales
・Proven success selling complex software packages
・Good understanding of virtualisation solutions
・Good understanding of Enterprise Management solutions with at least 1 of the following : Emerson Advocent, Aperture, IBM Tivoli, HP Openview, BMC Patrol/Remedy, CA Unicenter
・Proven track record of at or above quota performance ∑ Proven ability to sell at the “C-level”.
・Relentlessly customer centric and focused
・Goal and results oriented
・Excellent communication and presentation skills.
・Excellent time management skills
・Ability to perform a “player-coach” role with the enterprise account team
・Fluent both in Japanese and in English (written and spoken)
・Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical/commercial degree
・Fluency in the predominant language of the zone is required
・Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
